AURORA is free to use. When you book a cruise through a link or partner offer in AURORA, AURORA may earn a commission from the cruise line, travel agency, or partner. This never changes the price you pay.
Commissions do not change how AURORA scores or ranks sailings. Fit scores, deal confidence, and alerts are computed from your Cruise Passport, price data, and your targets — not from what a partner pays us. If a specific placement is sponsored or commission-bearing, it is labeled where it appears.
You never have to book through AURORA's links. Price alerts and all core features work the same if you book directly or elsewhere.
Where you'll see it in the app
Whenever AURORA shows a commission-bearing booking link or offer, a short disclosure appears right next to it — visible without scrolling, hovering, or expanding, and no less legible than the surrounding text:
AURORA may earn a commission if you book through this link. Your price is not affected, and you can always book directly instead.
The same disclosure is included in target-hit notifications that contain a booking link.
Partner offers
When a partner presents a private offer through AURORA, the offer identifies the partner, states that AURORA may earn a commission if you engage, and lists the offer's material restrictions — in the offer itself, not buried elsewhere.
Our neutrality rule
AURORA will not describe a commission-bearing link as "unbiased," "independent," or "no strings attached." What you will see instead are factual explanations of why something is ranked where it is — for example, "ranked by your fit weights and price target."
Versioning
Any change to this disclosure's wording gets a new version identifier, and AURORA's records store the version you actually saw at the time of any booking click.
